Twinned with Djibouti

4 of 15 in this atlas

Djibouti maintains twinning ties with four cities: Aden in Yemen, Khartoum in Sudan, Male in the Maldives, and Victoria in Seychelles. All four pairings are recorded as mutual in this atlas, meaning each partner city also names Djibouti in return. The connections span the Red Sea, East Africa, and the Indian Ocean, linking Djibouti to coastal and island capitals across the wider region.
